  • Misuse forms or contact options for spam or irrelevant communications.

We reserve the right to restrict access or take legal action for violations.

4. Terms and Conditions

Payment terms :

We typically break projects into agreed-upon milestones, with each milestone paid in advance before work begins. Alternatively, we can offer a 40/60 payment split per milestone—40% upfront and 60% upon your approval of the final results, prior to delivery of the final exports (source files). This ensures clarity, trust, and smooth progress for both sides.

Please note: To maintain clarity and trust, we’re only able to share source files once the related milestone is fully paid. If your project has tight deadlines and needs immediate file delivery, we recommend arranging advance payment for those milestones.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Project cancellations must be communicated in writing.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be determined based on the completed stage of the project and resources already utilized.

  • In most cases, partial payments for work already completed are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee:

  • That our website will always function error-free or uninterrupted.

  • That content will always be free of viruses or harmful components.

  • The exact outcome or success of projects based solely on external factors (such as market response or third-party platforms).

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of the use or inability to use our services or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.
